Every single Sunday begins with pancakes, of course it is one of the most popular and the loveliest breakfast worldwide.
I've created this recipe for those who are trying to lose weight or to stay fit but still want to get a treat.
This recipe is not only low in calories, it is gluten-free, and for sure delicious!

50 gr. oatmeal flour (or 25 gr. instant oatmeal and 25 gr. any flour)
1 mashed banana
2-3 gr.baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
100 ml water (or plant-based milk)
Step 1: Preheat your pan on medium heat.
Step 2: In a bowl with a mashed banana add oatmeal flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Step 3: Mix well together and start adding water until you reach a pancake consistency.
Step 4: Start cooking your pancakes - around 2 tbsp of mixture = 1 fluffy pancake. Cook on medium heat around 2 minutes each side.
After cooking add fruit of choice, nut butter, and sweetener of choice.
