Roasted rosemary potatoes

  • 1 kg. medium or small potatoes

  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 2 tsp. rosemary

  • 2 tsp. paprika

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. chili powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper


Step 1: Peel and put them into the pan with water, bring them to boil, and cook until soft.

Step 2: Take the potatoes without water and roll them inside the pan until they have fluffy texture from the outside.

Step 3: Preheat oven to 175C. Put your potatoes on the cooking pan add spices of choice and carefully cover them with oil.

Step 4: Bake and stir occasionally for 25-35 minutes until they look crispy from the outside.
