200gr. wheat gluten
150ml. vegetable stock
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
0,5 tsp salt
0,5 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce.
60gr. BBQ sauce
Step 1: Add all ingredients in a bowl except bbq sauce, mix all together until you reach dough consistency.
Step 2: Form burger rounds and brush with bbq sauce.
Step 3: This recipe makes at least 6 big burger patties.
Step 4: For cooking there are two options - frying for regular burger or baking for 20min. at 180C - for healthier alternative:)
And rest of your burger - use your imagination - I do usually add - hummus, mustard, ketchup, avocado, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, pickles (on top), and some vegan cheese.
