Ingredients:
3 medium carrots
2 medium beets
8 halves of walnuts
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tsp. pomegranate syrup
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
0,5 tsp nutmeg
0,5 tsp cayenne pepper/chili powder
0,5 tsp salt
0,5 tsp black pepper
Method:
Step 1: Preheat your oven up to 170C.
Step 2: Peel and cut into medium-small pieces carrots and beets.
Step 3: Put them on cooking pan, add some pomegranate syrup (strange but delicious), salt, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, cayenne pepper. Also add around 8 halves of walnuts.
Step 4: Bake for 40-50 minutes.
